First of all, the sizing is weird and you have to pay for returns. Secondly, once I got a size that fit and worked out in it, it's actually really uncomfortable. The trim is irritating to your skin when you run and it's a little itchy. I ordered this based on an article that listed it among the better bras for ladies with larger chests, but I disagree. Don't bother with this one.I ordered a much bigger size than usual since sports bras tent to be constrictive. Consistent bra sizes here between brands. Couldn't even come CLOSE to make the zipper meet in the center front. About EIGHT inches short to make ends meet. Like the bra quality. Since so off, have no idea what size I would need to order. Don't know what to do nextWe ordered for 36D but it was too smallI ordered a 38D. This is pretty simple math. 38D is 38 inches around. I measured the item I was sent. It was 26 inches. That is a full foot tighter than this item should be. Its not like ordering a small/medium/large. This item advertised that it was 38 inches and is labeled that on the tag. Its impossible to wear and I am returning it.Ordered a 34DD (my normal size) and could not get this even close to zipping up. I was squeezing the sides together as much as I could and still had about an inch wide gap .Doesn't fit perfect but it is okay.I ordered this bigger than my actual bra size. I went up a back size and down a cup size. Holy sh*t sticks it took ten minutes to get in the bloody thing with the girls trying to escape! I can now rest my head on my cleavage and take a quick nap :) However this product does what it says. Those puppies do not budge in any capacity. Once it's on it's quite comfortable but it's quite a trick to get in it and you may discover new curse words in the process. I didn't spot the hooks straight away so the air was blue with expletives up until that point. So, use the hooks first then zip up very carefully! I ordered a 36 F my actual size 34 G if that helps. When reading reviews please take on board the advice of others. I didn’t. I’d assumed my John Lewis measured boobs would fit into this bra. Heck I own a couple SA bras so assumed all would be fine. It was not fine. Much as I enjoy contouring myself into bizarre positions (please note sarcasm) this sports bra was a little (little being the operative word) like trying to ram toothpaste back in the tube. Being a larger chested lady to start with trying to hook it up, this was hard enough (being of course unable to see said hooks for my boobs) then came the zip. Seriously, I suddenly know some of the fear a man must feel when doing his fly on a pair of skin tight jeans when commando- I feared for my boobs safety and had images of having to take my mangled boobs to the hospital to have the blessed thing surgically removed! Having learned to listen to other reviewers today I also learned it is wise to keep ones own bra while trying on this and then attempting to extradite it afterwards this gives you some support and a spare set of hands shall we say. I can’t order this in a large size as my cup size doesn’t allow it but if you can go bigger definitely do it.Seems like a nicely constructed bra-shame I couldn't even try it on as it's so small. I ordered a size up from my regular size 32E, (having read other reviews but thinking the sizing couldnt be THAT far off) so I got a 34 and the ends wouldn't even meet, let alone attempt fastening. Also the arm holes were ridiculously tight. I think this is one for petite lasses, not regular sized folks like me who just have unfortunately large bosoms but still want to run. Since this is one of the very few front fastening sports bras out there it's quite disappointing that the manufacturer can't get their act together, as this is potentially a really good product. For shame, shock absorber, sort your sizing out.So disappointed! Sizing is almost 2 sizes too small. I know in other brands I am a 36E/F. I ordered a 36F in this and:- with great difficulty I could just about get the two ends to touch;- cup size is also 1 cup too small;- let my sister try it, and we found that the zipping kept slipping out - so trying to initially zip it is a bit of a problem. The worst is that it is not worth me returning it as I ordered it and had it delivered to my son's address in the UK. He brought it back to me in Malaysia. The postage would be as much as the price of the bra to return it!*I actually bought 2 different models of Shock Absorbers, this and another - which also is even smaller around the trunk although the cup size for that was good! As an observation, I have bought other Shock Absorbers previously and overall, they are very good sports bras!Having used the brand shock absorber in the past, it's a sports bra that lives up to the name. Very supportive. Ordered a 36F but maybe should of gone for a FF but no doubt when I start working out more I'll loose some size.My only negative about it is the zip. I find it does slide down abit and think that maybe with excessive use could become smoother and slide more. The zip may just be down to me needing the next cup size up.That being said, I would still recommend and even purchase again.
