This is a great little book, especially for young school children with their first sports day coming up! It tells of a brother and sister getting ready for sports day and all about the races they take part in (egg and spoon, running, etc). It shows how exciting the day is and how there can be disappointments (falling over in the middle of a race) and triumphs too. Good illustrations and easy to understand text. Highly recommended for first year children
