I wouldn't wear it to run in, but they are great for long days working in the yard/garden.These bras fit comfortably without scratching or pinching. The support band area is wide enough to keep it from rolling up and the straps aren't bulky so they are comfortable under tool harnesses.I wish they were a little more breathable and dried a bit faster but the multipacks is inexpensive and I can swap them out faster than my one old sports bra.This is my 2nd purchase to have more color selections. This is a comfortable bra, but I find it better to remove padding inserts so it is easier to put on. Us larger breast girls certainly don’t need extra padding! Haha. With the inserts removed it does not show nipples so modesty is still intact. As far as washing, I wash in a bag in washer along with my usual wash load but air dry these on hangers to avoid any possibility of shrinkage. As I have neuropathy in my fingers it helps to have a bra that does not involve hooks and eye closures so I find this style helpful.I only gave 4 because the color was not what was pictured. The picture showed only black trim around the bottom but It had black trim at the top as well.This white sports bra is a great buy. I have no complaints. It is flattering and gives me an added cup size which I like.Replaced my regular bras with these. Lots of support and super comfortable.The bra looks just like the one in the picture, is very comfortable and true to size.It’s very good quantity and worth the price. They work well.I bought the pack of 4, I love them, very comfortable, good support, good value and fit and I love that they have removable padding, however I thought I should warn you about the white one!If there is any chance of someone seeing you wearing it then you might not want to wear your white one as its completely see-through! ?No one's going to see mine so not a huge problem but thought I should mention itNot a great product and I was expecting a lot more from reading previous reviews and the price point. I am a size 10 and usually a 32DD and went for the large which still came up short little small. Then they have those silly and pointless cup fillers that do absolutely nothing. When removed they bra was not structured nor did it give much support. The only design feature I liked was the criss cross straps but other than than they did not do as promised and I found the stretch too much and no support. Would not recommend and would not buy again.For a D-cup there's no support in this bra whatsoever. Forget running, there's not enough support for a gentle walk to the next room.The cups are so shallow (think Gossard Balconette size) the bra creates a huge open cleavage.The bra is pull on (no clasps) so it's not adjustable.The removable pads are just raw cut foam triangles.The bra is slightly on the smaller side of M&S standard sizes, so if you're between sizes go for a size up.I didn’t even get them out of the bag because I spotted stains and a smoky smell! These are going back as soon as I can get a friend to drop them off!This was a disgusting find and clearly confirmed there’s no quality control, they should never have been allowed to go out.What upset me more was the fact we’re in the middle of a pandemic and I’ve been shielding since before it began, this package could have been contaminated for all I know?UPDATE; I complained to Amazon, spoke to a customer service advisor who assured me that the right department would receive my complaint and get back to me and it would never happen again? What a joke, it happened again with an electric toothbrush! Pandemic? What pandemic? Quality control? What quality control? I’m so angry with Amazon, after all the profit they’re raking in I expect a lot better!I did end up buying a to small a size which is a shame cause te colours are pretty and different from the plain black and white sports bra through I did like how they give you them as opinions to wear as well but I am still giving 5 stars as the quality was very good and felt well structured to keep your boobs in just a shame mine were to small to find out. They came very quickly and it was free to send back when I needed a refund the people as well were helpful and very friendly when sorting my request for me but I think I'm going to stick to buying bras at a shop then online. Do give these a try just make sure to get the right size or go up one as I thought I had and turned out I still got it to small for me. Like I said is a shame cause I would of kept them if they had fit me and properly have done the job with holding my boobs secure when moving and working out.
