I like this head gear. It serves its purpose.However, for me there are two cons. First one being the blind spots caused by the design. You lose a little peripheral vision but can minimize it by adjusting the fit for your head. Number two is its pretty big so it makes your head bigger. Still not a deal breaker. Just move your head more.The protective aspect of this gear over rides my two cons.I recommend this for hard sparring sessions.
