You need this in your life! I am fit, 5'3 and 120 pounds, I wear a 28 HH in Freya, Curvy Kate, and Panache normal underwire bras. Measure under your breasts to find the circumference of you rib cage. Mine is 28. I have very, very heavy, sensitive breasts. It is hard to find a sports bra for RUNNING and CARDIO BOOTCAMPS that offers 100% bounce-free support for my HH chest! My favorite go to sports bra solution is this: I wear two Shock Absorber sports bras at the same time because it distributes the weight on my shoulders and back so I get 100% pain-free support and 100% no bounce!. But I can't wear two of the same style models of Shock Absorber at the same time. If you are a smaller cup you probably can only wear one model. But I need the different back styles to distribute the weight into two spots on my shoulders and on my back! MY HOLY GRAIL COMBO is as follows: First I put on the Shock Absorber multi- sport max (key hole back not the standard bra looking back), in 30 HH (because the bands smaller larger than Freya go up one size in this model), but the key to zero bounce running comfort is layering a second Shock Absorber Ultimate RUN BRA in 32 G over the top of the 30 HH Mulit-sport max bra!. By layering two Shock Absorbers this provides me EXCELLENT ZERO BOUNCE supreme comfort and support. I can run marathons and lift weights! I ordered over $1,200 dollars worth of different brands of sports bras and my HOLY GRAIL brand is now Shock Absorber. But I do have to wear 2 at the same time. Not two with the same back design on the back. One with a Runner's racer back and one with a different back. If I wear the same model of sports bra it hurts my shoulders. I have to distribute the weight on to different locations of my shoulders. I hope this helps all you ladies out their with 28 HH girls.I also Love the Moving Comfort Embody Sports Bra in 32 G. (It does not work as a sports bra for me but rather is my new HOLY GRAIL everyday bra. The Moving Comfort Embody in 32 G, is hands down a bazillion million times more comfortable than all my Freya, Panache or Curvy Kate bras. So thank God for Moving Comfort's Embody Sports bra. Which is now my favorite everyday bra. When I weigh less, around 108-112 pounds, my absolute favorite HOLY GRAIL marathon running sports bra is the Moving Comfort Juno in 32 E. I did squish myself into this bra for a long time just for yoga once I gained weight and went up to a 28HH. But once I found the Shock Absorber double layer method, I said, "screamed Hallelujah now my 28HH girls have found a home! I do LOVE BROOKS Moving Comfort Juno and Embody bras and I LOVE the Shock Absorber bras in the styles I previously stated. I hope this helps you well endowed ladies out there.More information on my experience on a search for my 28HH sports bra:I found that all styles of Freya and Pancahe sports bras offer this 28 HH girl absolutely ZERO support, ZERO bounce control and ZERO comfort! They all failed the standing 2 minute comfort test. And the Hop in place test! The next HUGE deal breaker was that the shoulder straps are ridiculously uncomfortable to the point of being excruciatingly painful! I could not stand to have any of the Freya or Panache sports bras on my body for more than 1 minutes, let alone a 30-60 minute run. Panache and Freya sports bra straps lengthened to their fullest, left deep red gouges in my shoulders after only 1-2 minute. Truthfully, all the Freya and Panache bras FAILED miserably the HOP in place test! My boobs flew everywhere! So there is absolutely NO BOUNCE control with just one bra for my 28 HH chest! I tried doubling up the Panache and Freya sports bra models, but it still provided no improvement! They are not even comfortable enough to lounge around the house in or do yoga in! Again, I could not take them off fast enough!! And yes I did have the straps lengthened out to the correct length. If you are smaller than me, not a HH who knows it might work for you. But they are a HUGE disappointment for me..If you NEED to RUN or do HITT CARDIO or any activity that requires jumping, I hope you try out my suggestions. I wish I had seen a review like this! Best of luck to you!So for reference, I normally wear UK brands; I got this is my regular UK size -- 30E (30DDD).At first I thought this was too small. Well, it is small -- but I tried putting it on as I put my bras on -- shoulders first, place myself generally in, and do up back, adjust. There is no way this was happening. I tried again with the top bit already clipped -- still no go. I had read many reviews consistent with "tight band" (a common comment on Panache bras, and I find their 30 band to be spot on perfect) and even reached out to Shock Absorber themselves to see what they recommended (word is go up a band in the "ultimate run" bra, get your regular size in everything else) -- so I tried once more -- around my waist, and turned it around and hiked it up.So okay, it finally went on, even when it seemed an impossibility. The band is definitely (obviously) firm. Sometimes bras need a day or two to "break in" the band, but this is tighter than that. I could wear it with an extender as the cups do fit -- and I found the top bit easy enough to do up once the band itself was secured -- but my problem is that it cuts too high in the armpits for me and digs in uncomfortably when I move my arms forward, or lean forward. I have room in the straps themselves (two fingers-width or wiggle room) and, while I am on the loosest setting at the top, I could tighten it to the next setting, so it is not a case of not having space at the top. If I cinch the bra downwards on my ribcage, I loose placement at my IMF -- the bra sits too low to support me. So I think my torso must be too short, and digs into my armpits, unfortunately.Besides the underarms being painful, the undesirable side effect of this is ultimate armpit "fat" -- regardless of how fat you are or are not. Also, just FYI, there is no padding so it will show your headlights when on, if that's important to you!For those looking at other SA bras, I had a similar issue (with the armpits) with their Ultimate Fly bra -- in the 32" size (those don't come in 30"). That band was comfortable, but the material was too high on the sides (and back) for my comfort.I am 5' 2.5" and my tightest underbust measurement is 29.5" if it is of help.3 stars because, while I thought at first that this was definitely too small -- and while I would say it is borderline so -- it does actually go on -- and there is definitely no bounce occurring with it on LOL.I had worn a Shock Absorber D+ style bra in the past and I had hoped they would continue that style. They have none in my size. This is similar in feel and support, but there is an extra closure in the back a little higher than my arms can reach.I like the fit and feel, so I either:-require assistance to get that closure open and closed (no amount of twisting of my arms works, I get very close, but they are just too short) or,-close that top one and then enter the bra as one would a pull-over sports bra and then close the lower closure and adjust things accordingly.I guess you could also do the attach all the closures in the front and then twist it around. But I have never done that method.Once it is on and things are in their place. The bra is comfy and keeps things close to the chest, but keeps a fairly nice visual. The chest is not smooshed, unified into one unit, or way out/up there. Just a little compressed and ready to be active.I consulted a bra chart on how to fit. The one I used had me measure at the band area and add 2 to get the band size, then measure over the breasts and check a chart to get the cup size. Some of Shock Absorber bras are in UK units, so check carefully.I had this bra for a year and have purchased other "sports" bras but this one is the best! The old one is still almost as supportive as the new one, with no clear areas of strain. Great for running, not really for sitting around in. I like the cloth demi cups inside the cups that provide extra support without underwire. Delivery was quick (1 wk to Chicago) and price is very reasonable. This is 100% legit the real braGreat price on the Shock Absorber Bra. If you buy in the shops it's twice the price so I recommend buying from here. . One tip I can give you is to consider buying a slightly larger size than usual. Not TOO big a size as it's supposed to compress you, but I find it's more comfortable to go up a back size. My usual back size in Shock absorber bras is too tight and it restricts breathing which is never good when exercising! If you are doing something really high impact you may also benefit from adding a crop top over this to add further support. The support offered by this bra is excellent, but the colour is a real problem. The pink bra is not the pale pink of the photo but a vivid, could-not-be-more-lurid, luminous pink. It will not shop bleeding luminous pink dye on my clothes when I work out. I've kept wearing it and washed it lots of times in the hope that the excess dye would eventually deplete but that shows no signs of happening. In fact, it's actually become worse - recently the dye has started leaving bright pink marks on my skin that remain even after a shower (they are clearly distinct from a natural flush of the skin). Buy this bra in black or any neutral colour and you'll have a great time - it's so comfortable and supportive - in fact, I have two in black and I love those. But I absolutely cannot recommend it in any bright colour, particularly this pink.Fab colour & super soft material.Best bra on the market for high impact sports.More colours please!Tip - put on the wrong way round, fasten the top hook, twist to the back, arms through then fasten like a normal bra.I’ve always loved the Shock Absober brand, I think I bought my very first SA bra on Amazon 10yrs + ago and have never changed brands.Love the colours of the bra and how it sits it’s soft to the touch and adjustable. My only negative is the fact that it’s not as padded so if your nips are prone to standing on attention in the slightest cold breeze, then maybe their not for you. It’s a perfect summer bra, but if you’re not bothered then I can’t recommend it enough! This sports bra is absolutely fantastic and definitely a really good solution for those with a larger chest or those who are stuck between sizes on a regular sports bra (Size 10/12 etc.) It offers a little bit of bounce but hardly any at all so I'm pretty pleased with that too, definitely feel very supported. Overall it is very comfy to wear and looks very nice as well, despite how the colour I ordered was not the same as the colour that had arrived. I chose the light pink sports bra, and my one is hot neon pink. Which isn't any issue, I just thought people should be aware of it. :)The other problem I would have to make a note of is the fact that there is absolutely no padding in the bra whatsoever, so if you typically would were a sports bra by itself while working out, I would suggest buying some removable inserts (like you would have with other padded sports bras) so stop your nipples from showing through the sports bra. Other than that, it's perfect! Don't let that put you off, it's an easy fix :)
