The fabric was soft and stretchy, and seemed nice quality. Even at the smallest size, it was unsupportive for me and definitely not suitable for training. It doesn’t provide much coverage, either. I can see a blow out happening with any type of exertion. Also if you are a big breasted women this isn’t a bra for you. Makes your breasts look like a loaf of bread. No separation seams at all. I’ve had adidas sports bras in the past. They were very well made. The quality of this bra is poor!!! Move on to anotherItems ripped on the side two days after receiving it.
