I'm usually between Medium and Large (5'8'' 180 lbs). Glad I went with Large because these run small. Fits good enough, but I prefer things a little baggy, especially if I plan on wearing anything underneath. I'd probably go with XL if I were to get another set. Comfortable, love the colors, and seems to be decent quality.
