This helmet runs very small! I have a 54 cm head, which should be within the measurements of a small, but this helmet was uncomfortably tight. I returned this and got a different type (Smith Holt) in a small and it fit so much better. Sad because this is a very good quality helmet, I would recommend ordering up a size!
