It is lightweight and solidly built. I am 6'3"ish and 205 and it is stable for me. Good entry level height of 12". This is accessible to most. Also good for more advanced users as you can jump on and off it quickly with little knee bend. Good for working explosiveness where you may not full height but do need to get up an down quickly multiple times like for blocking in volleyball. I also have the 24" box and despite being in fairly good shape, find myself using the 12" more right now. Also nice as the 12" one works with most ceiling heights.
