My body anatomy:Male, 5'-10 1/2", slim, 145 pounds, 30" waist with long, thin legs.All in all, this seems like a very good pair of shin guards to start with, if you are not sure of what to buy.I ordered the Regular and it fits me well. I do light to middle intensity sparring 2 times a week (Muay Thai - Thai Boxing) and use this and have not had a problem till now. I've had this for about 6 weeks now.Pros:- It protects well. Although we don't super hard, I have not had a single kick hurt me while striking or covering a kick- It doesn't slide during the session, even though my legs get super sweaty- Very comfortable during sparring- Low priceCons:Nothing as yet.
