I am a novice runner and have since realized that without a good bra, running/jogging is not only painful but unenjoyable. I had ONE good high impact bra from Victoria's Secret and was tired of having to do laundry to often to accommodate how many days a week I run. I needed a non-cotton (because no support), moisture wicking (because of sweat stains and nipple showage) high impact (because ouch) sports bra. This fit the bill perfectly! I wear a 36d or 34dd depending on the brand, and I bought a large. It was hard to get on, and especially off because I was sweating, HOWEVER I think a lot of high impact bras are thia way to keep everything firm in place. The fact that this bra was comfortable once it was on, didn't chafe, and kept my girls from hurting while I ran my 5 miles this morning made up for it. It has very good coverage for bigger breasted gals such as my daughter who is tall slender and has 32dd breasts. She gets a lot of side boob with many bras but i bought a Medium for her and she loved the support. She still had a tiny bit of side boob but out of all her bras this one by far fits her the best. There are very light pads on the inner lining to keep your nipples from showing and much like most moisture wicking material, this bra doesn't show sweat. It did squeeze the backfat that I have regardless of what bra I wear, but I absolutely love this bra. Much like regular bras, sports bras will get broken in and stretch a tad making them easier to get on. I bought 2. I'm going to buy my daughter another one.
