Total Control Balls (also known as TCB balls) are so popular we gave them their own category. This line of training balls include weighted balls used for batting, as well as wiffle-style 'Hole' balls. The concept is the same for both - the balls 'squish' and change shape when you hit them, giving instant feedback and requiring the hitter to drive through the ball. Hitters and coaches love them because they don't require a lot of space or a net, and because they are great at developing power and bat speed. Total Control Balls are available in several sizes and weights.

These are great warmup balls, much better feel than wiffle balls. We use it with our comp 12U softball team. The balls provide great feedback to the hitter, identifies if the batter hit the ball properly or if they got under the ball, above the ball, etc. Great for batting drills in a small space. Any batter who can hit 10 to 15 of these balls correctly each night will definitely improve their arm strength and bat speed.A set of these balls should definitely be a part of any team's training equipment and practice. I recommend getting at least a dozen to help facilitate practice. They are expensive though... but then... why does my daughter play softball? Because I hate money and free time. LOL
