I'm really on the fence deciding on this bra; as you know how things are on Amazon if you want more of the same item you better get it when you see it is available, or either one-the price increases, or two- it's gone forever. Well I am a huge proponent of made in USA, so that's why I want to really love this bra, also I have been trying several types of sport bras after my breast surgeon who for several reasons wants me to quit wearing an underwire bra, but in my case I've not been 100% happy with the bras I've been trying. I'm just glad Amazon prime has free shipping and free returns. Hence my buying bras and thinking I love them and then wear them a day or two and hate them. So send back the ones I didn't wear. I've done the under armour route, champion, Calvin Klein, RBx, and some others to name a few of the brands I've tried. The only other one I liked about 75% was NUX. They too are made in the USA. Are they pricey? Not really, considering that this bra will most likely outlast 3 of the cheaper bras. I am wearing one of the many I just ordered on Amazon, giving it a whirl. I do not run, I walk. I am almost 55, and the compression I think at my time of life is important, to keep the cooper liagaments in the breast tissue from further damage. If you like compression, this is the bra you want. I also my must wear a bra to sleep, due to advice from my surgeon who has preformed biopsies on me a few times. I also have very lumpy breast tissue, and it just feels good to have this compression. I did sleep in this bra; and I have to say it was on a scale of one to ten ten the best for comfort, so far I rate this a 7. It is minimizing - I am a 36dd-ddd and I think it takes me down to a c. Maybe even a b. I bought these in xlarge. The bra has some encapsulation along with the compression. It isn't a lightweight bra by any means. Pretty substantial, the other thing I did notice and maybe it's just me; my posture is better. The straps are ehhh so so. I don't find them bad but they are not really the best. The edges are somewhat itchy, even after washing in woolite. I love that they are wider, I just returned a bunch I got and wore a couple that left me with red marks that still bother me. So maybe this bras strap comfort level will change as my shoulders heal. I'm use to red marks from regular bras, another reason my surgeon said ditch the regular bras. But being that the straps sit closer to the neck, I found that the ones I returned made my neck very sore from pressing on the nerves along the neck. So to be fair right now I'm rating this bra a 3 and half. I will be wearing this one and a few of the other colors for a week, I will do a new review in the next couple weeks. I ordered almost all the exlarges that Amazon had, or almost all. Cuz like I said if your gonna love it get all you can cuz they will either raise the price or they will all be gone. Also contacted the company zensah and they claim the large is the same as the exlarge, but I find this hard to believe based on other reviews. I was not given this bra for free, but I felt compelled to review it. I also tried the super band one from zensah, and I have to tell you they are not for me. Not anymore support then a cheap bra from Walmart. I will receive that one next. So if your want compression and some encapsulation this might be the bra for you. thanks Amazon for putting up with my search for the perfect 100% bra for me.
