I love the fact that this bra is adjustable on the back/chest band AND the straps.The Velcro is strong and everything stays in place.The cup pads are removable too.But in my quest for a comfortable compression front close sports bra, I tried 3 different brands and this one came in second place for these reasons:1- the 2 clips you can secure before zipping it up made it more difficult for me to adjust my breasts into the cup. I suppose you can not clip them both, as the product literature says they are optional, but they don’t stay hidden behind the flap after the zipper is up.2- the flap behind the zipper is a little too prone to folding and bunching up. It’s one continuous flap that folds over each end of the zipper to prevent a sore spot from rubbing.3- the cup pads are removable which is good, but the seams on the bra itself are bumpy looking under clothing.4- the arm straps although adjustable and strong are pretty stiff and bulky, and don’t lie completely flat once fastened.I’m not super concerned about looks at the gym, but it felt like I was gearing up for battle! I’m no professional athlete, or even close, just wanted a bit of decent support for bouncy activities.This bra is still a solid second place in the rotation , but it’s not the first one I go to when I’m heading out to the gym.The Under Armor front close compression sports bra is just a little more comfortable fit for me.It’s a delicate balance to find something between firm support and flexible comfort.This bra is serious adjustable protection and support, and well-made innovative design for the most serious of workouts!
