I was a little nervous buying a CD that I wasn't able to preview but I was pleasantly surprised. It is exactly what I was looking for. I use this with my students with severe disabilities for inside recess. Even though the students are not in wheel chairs and are ambulatory the chair exercises are perfect for the days we need to stay inside because it if too hot, too cold or poor air quality. A child does the exercises along with an adult and my middle school students like that also.
