This water bottle is great to keep track of how much water you drink and it works. I take this bottle with me everywhere even shopping. I am not as hungry and lost weight. Drink up with this bottle.I found success in getting my water requirement with this bottle. The guidelines are helpful for keeping at it.Kels water coldEs muy buena calidadBiggest problem:They're tall so I cannot reach the bottom in order to scrub them out, causing my family and I to drink mold water.I started smelling a musty smell inside the bottle when I went to take a drink so I wiped it out with a paper towel wrapped around a skewer only to have greenish/black mold come off. I can't reach all the way down with those scrubbing wands that have dish detergent in the handle or a bottle cleaner as they aren't long enough. The mold would also cling to the flow guard thing that sits right up near the lid.I hate that I gave these a 3 star rating. I LOVED my bottles so much and so did my family; we all have ADHD and it helps to have a visual representation of how much water we've drank. The colors were vibrant, the strap was convenient, the locking mechanism was great! The lid sometimes had to be on TIGHT in order for it to not leak, so that was kinda butt, however, I was okay with it.Like the colors and easy to use.I am very bad about drinking water throughout the day. This bottle has really helped to motivate me. It is cute, easy to bring along, and love the ease of holding and opening with the same hand.An easy way to get your daily water in since you can challenge youself to stay aligned with the times on the bottle.My 10 year old loves this bottle! We’ve been using it over a month and have no complaints. Finish has stayed on nicely and it’s easy to clean.
