This would be a great high impact bra but the band rolls up constantly. There's not any kind of stiff supporting fabric in the band. I definitely have the correct size (36c) 34 would be too small and 38 too big.I'm about a 40-42 DDD or a G. This bra held them up and pushed them down. My back felt so much relief. My form on a few back workouts actually improved. Usually I tend to lean forward, but now I'm actually erect and using full motion. The only con I will say is that it doesn't stop bounce. You breast bigger than a D, you might as well be bounded with duct tape if u want that effect. BUT I will say, they don't jiggle as much or at all with bounce. It like if u took a firm pillow and threw it on the floor. Slight bounce but no wiggle or jiggleThese sports bras really are amazing . Like nothing I’ve tried as a runner with 36 DD chest .Fits a little smaller than their other bras and seems more like medium impact than high impact.would buy again.I always wear a sport bra so I thought to order a looser fit (3x) but feels similar to my xl's in other brands. Wanted a higher neckline to eliminate spillage which worked but also felt like a medieval corset top (undecided which is worse at present). Overall very sturdily made - no nipple show through even without the pads. Excellent for high impact sport and has the smooth feel of a bathing suit so is very suited to being worn on its own for either use but may be a bit much as an undergarment. Is not my daily go to.
