This is exactly what i had been looking for. I am 33 years old. Haven't played LAX this my junior college days. I am playing adult LAX this spring 17' and this book has helped me in creating a productive work out schedule. The book explains everything is detail with photos. I bought the physical book so not sure how the Ereader version is. I recommend this book to anyone who is ready to take their LAX conditioning serious.
