Sort of a long review, but this bra is very complicated...and not in a very good way. First off, this is NOT maximum impact, no matter what the label says. Maybe it would be if you could adjust it more, but the straps don't adjust more than one or two inches, and the band has a lot of stretch after one wear. The pull-over band must have something to do with the horrible amount of stretch. And be careful: it's very deceitful! It might seem okay at first, but don't trust it.When I first tried it on, it was perfect: no bounce at all, with just the right amount of difficulty to get it on and off. I went running--totally fine. I thought it would be great. I wore it for a second run today, and at first, it was okay. Then after a mile, I had to adjust it, but I figured it would be fine. Another half mile later, and it was horrendous. The thing stretched from being nice and tight to way too loose within only two uses (very snug when I wore it at first, to being able to fit my fist under it by the end of my second run. NOT good). I'll need to shrink it in the dryer to be able to use it for running again, and that's only a temporary ten-minute fix. I've already worn it and taken the tags off, so I can't return it. I wish I could get a refund of some kind, but that probably won't happen. No point in sending it back because no one wants to buy a used bra. So, basically, don't get it unless you have a very small cup size and shoulders that are the exact same measurement as your band size (highly unlikely). The Show Off sports bra is way better (that's what I had been using--that's what I would recommend getting instead). The Show Off has padding, and this one didn't, which is why I wanted to try it--but the Show Off is way more supportive and doesn't stretch until you've worn it a thousand times. And, for reference, I'm a 32DD and I got a small. It fit fine at first and then just went downhill. Maybe it's okay for hiking or riding a bike, but if you want to run--ESPECIALLY a marathon--don't do it.
