This Christmas ornament I bought for a friend, so I did not take it out of the solid plastic packaging. However, the ornament arrived quickly, and was undamaged, and looked exactly like the posted images. It is a little heavier than I expected (I think I initially thought it would be hollow on the inside, but it's solid throughout), so if you're looking for a light ornament, this will not satisfy. Personally, I prefer heftier ornaments for the bottom branches, and because they tend to break less easily. This ornament I'm sure will last several decades of Christmas joy and collegiate pride. A great gift for a proud alumni, and even a good stocking stuffer idea.
