It has enough compression to keep you from feeling... the uncomfortable bounce(?) while exercising, but not too much to feel uncomfortable while its on. I love the clasp closure! No more getting stuck trying to take a sweaty sports bra off after the gym!This looks great but it's SO tight. I love the Maidenform brand and would recommend you order a band size or 2 wider.I LOVE this bra! I initially bought it in-store at Kohl’s but when I went back to get more they did t have any! So…of course I checked On Amazon and here it was!! Its so comfortable and you can convert it to a cross back if you want. Full coverage and fresh! Once you get it you’ll want more! I’m a 34D/C and the D gave fuller coverage but the C is still a nice fit!!My favorite everyday bra!I was disappointed when I found out this style of bra was discontinued in the stores as I now only like wire free. They fit true to size so order what you wear as they run perfectly.This bra is very comfortable and is good for training, yoga, walking on treadmill or outdoors. I purchased a size 34C and it’s perfect. I am 5’6” and 136 lbs for reference. I don’t think it would provide enough support for larger breasted people or for high impact working out. It’s comfortable for everyday wear as well.I have been years looking for a comfortable but supportive bra without underwire and this is the one for me. I ordered 3 of them. Most sports bra do not have hooks in the back but I prefer that so I'm very satisfied.Great bra. Especially like the fact that it's not one of those removable cup bras.
