I love the support and shape this bra gives. It's my favorite sports bra of all I've tried because it's so flattering and supportive.-I can do push ups without worrying that I'm hanging out in front - due to the style of the straps.-The combination of the diagonal seam across the cups and the pads inside the cups keep me stable and I've had two kids so this is a big issue for me!-It does not loose it's shape or stop supporting, even when soaking wet with sweat from a hard, high impact workout.-I also do some grappling wearing this bra and I do not have to worry about anything embarrassing showing - ever!!-The adjust-ability in back is awesome. (I do secure the back clasp before putting it on over my head.)-The back of the bra is nicely vented.-Allows for excellent mobility of the arms and shoulders because of the fast back style and the band of the bra sits lower on the back than most other bras.-Flattering shape works with a more muscular build. I work hard. I deserve to look good.-I machine wash this in a garment bag and it's held up very well to many washings and many tough workouts.Drawbacks:-Expensive-I wish this bra wicked away sweat or dried faster. It stays quite wet for a long time.-Diagonal seam shows through shirts.-The lining inside sometimes wrinkles and the removable pads get folded up while washing. I have to spend some time smoothing these out before putting the bra on.I agree with the previous reviewer, that the price is just too high. The quality is good and it is excellent for running, but the last one I got had more padding and if you are 38D already then why do you need that added to the new version. One reviewer said it smaller at the ribcage and I can vouch for that since it sort of creeps up on you - you put it on and it fits snuggly but then later you have this weird feeling and it's cutting your circulation so you throw it off. So, now I am taking the advice from another reviewer to go down a letter but up in the ban. So, that should be perfect, though the cup size would not make sense, sometimes they end up seeming bigger in cupsize with a larger ban?? Anyway, we will see if I now have the perfect bra, which was already close. Sometimes have trouble getting straps short enough for support - perfect in this one. This bra is fantastic. The sizing does run a bit tight so keep that in mind. Fortunately I read other reviews and ordered the correct size for myself. My bra size is 32 D (ordered a 34) and buying a sports bra makes me feel like Glodie Locks. They're either too big/too small in weird parts, stretch too easy, or don't provide enough support. Even my favorite Nike bra that I've bought several times wears out after 6 months. I've resorted to wearing two bras to find the support I need so they don't hurt and bounce around all over the place when I run. This bra does everything is says it does and fits just right. It keeps the Ds in place and I get a pain free work out. So far it hasn't stretched... I'll be buying this again, probably in a few more colors. The performance can't be matched. It is a good high impact sport bra. Well made and good material also. The material is not that thin so no nipples are shown, excellent for us girls!!! I love the band for more support and the padded pumps are removable. I usually wear 34B bra and this is somehow smaller but not enough to make you uncomfortable or unbreathable so I removed the pads to feel it larger (even without padds nipples are not shown) The design is kind of sexy. It is a little complicated to wear it on and off, if you are not flexible choose another bra better. I have been worn it during all day and it is great. Next time I will probably buy another one but one size larger.I have about 5 of these bras that are a few years old. This one now has a clasp in the back. Which is ok. Better than other designs from a couple of years ago, this one is very padded under the clasp and doesn't dig in. But this one is much more constrictive around the band. It can be uncomfortable.I previously purchased 32b, 32c, and 34c of the shock absorber pump. This is a 32d and the shape has changed dramatically compared to the others. Maybe its just me, but I just dont like it as well as the older ones, except those dont fit.So this is fine, and I'll continue wearing it, but I'm gonna start looking for the next good sports bra. Problem being, looking for another good custom fit sports bra that makes a D cup without being set up for huge boobs.I bought this sports bra to give a little extra lift and shape to my little ladies. It has a perfect amount of lay padding and support for the little ones. I love the adjustable strap in the back since I am more a 35A. I do have to stretch it out after washing it to give a little extra room for my HR monitor. It "can" be a little stress barring on the shoulders but that is probably due to it being a little snugger due to my HR monitor. But I do like it-FYI-I am in very good shape and am a size 2.This sports bra offers solid support for running. I love that it has a slight padding, especially for the cold winter months. The seam across the bust does show through shirts, but I'm willing to let that go for the support and shape it offers. I have a few of the older versions of this bra which were secured on each side versus a hook in the back. Hook in the back is fine, but will probably size down next time.I love this bra! It's great for running and high impact activities, and I don't look completely flat-chested like with other sports bras. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the seams that go across the front. The seams show through every top I've worn over the bra, especially thin running tops. I'll still wear this bra, however, and plan on buying two more as it is the best sports bra I've found thus far.I bought this padded sports bra as i am quite small chested and didn't want to be totally flat when doing Zumba or jogging. Well I am extremely happy with my nicely padded chest! The bra is easy to get on and I can reach round easily to do the clasps at the back. Due to the padding it is quite hot and gets pretty sweaty around the bust area but that is the price to pay for the padding. My only negative is that the straps could do with being a cm or two longer and as they aren't adjustable there is nothing you can do about it. I am quite small framed as well.Firstly this isn't recommended for high-impact sports like running for larger busted women. As someone which a smaller bust, I picked this as a running bra for the same reason as most - I wanted something that would retain shape whilst providing support.I found it provided a good amount of support, although I can imagine a different, non-paddded bra might be more supportive.I had no problems with taking the bra on or off although I can see how it might be problematic for people with limited flexibility in their arms; however the majority of people needn't worry about this. The sizing I found perfect, I picked the same size I wear for regular bras and it had a good, snug fit.The one downside I found though was the style felt heavier than some bras I've tried and I was aware of the straps whist moving my arms which might annoy some.Overall as a running bra I would recommend this to smaller busted women only, it provides all the support I think I need, although be aware there are probably more supportive (less flattering) options out there. If I were better at connecting the backstrap I would give it a 5. The look and support are amazing and hold up to my high intensity plyo/cardio moves very well. Based on other reviews I did buy up a band size, which seems to be OK because I wear a heart rate monitor strap underneath, so it gives a bit of extra room. If I didn't wear it though, regular size would probably be OK, as getting it over my head is not the problem, as it is for some others. This is now the only brand sport bra I will buy and am about to order more. My only issue is that you have to connect the strap after you pull it over your head. And I have never been able to connect my bras in the back without starting in the front and turning it around. So, having to put this over my head first is OK, but then it takes about 5-10 mins to connect the straps. If you're already good at this move then it won't matter to you. But, I may check out their other styles. If I was going to buy this again I'd be tempted to size up as when working out it feels a bit tight and restrictive. I'm a size 34B (shirt size 10) and usually I wear my bra on the tightest notch but with this I find it's a bit tight around the bust and particularly over the shoulders it feels restrictive. The positives is that it supports well and the padding gives a nice fullness to the bust which looks great. Just wish it was a little more comfortable to wear. I don't find getting in and out of it too difficult.I got my first Pump bra 5 years ago and immediately bought 2 more as I run quite regularly and this bra felt the most comfortable. After a few years of rehab (damaged my knee) I am back to running and needed a new sports bra. I tried a few of the newer designs in the shop but then found that Shock Absorber is still making the Pump design and opted to get this instead. It's comfortable - the straps are wide and don't dig in. And the light padding means that I don't feel self-conscious about nipples showing through my clothes as some of them can be quite sheer.I am not sure how well this would work for someone with larger breasts - I am a 34B so don't need a great deal of support, just something that keeps me in place. This does the trick without feeling like I am wearing a straightjacket. I can run and breath comfortably without feeling too constrained but equally confident that everything is supported.
