I'm consistently a Large in sports bras, and this one, while very well made, is a bit tight around the rib cage. It's elastic, so it stretches, but I don't know that I would wear this for a workout over 30 minutes. The shoulder straps are impossible to adjust once you have it on, and taking it off is an Olympic event (see my gripe about the elastic around the bottom). Like another reviewer stated, the shoulder straps also creep up toward your neck. Other than that, it's a beautiful color and matches perfectly with other UA "Flushed Pink" shirts. Definitely not the worst bra I've ever owned, but not the best either.
