Moderate support. I love how soft the material is. The only thing to mention is that the straps looked more "beige or nude" in the photo and mine where soft light grey. It wasn't a big deal for me but FYI to someone who thinks that they are going to get a flesh colored straps.It ran slightly small I returned itThe straps at the cup fit horribly. Gapping and very uncomfortableAmazon recommend m but it's huge
