I read this book almost exactly a year ago and loved it, but hearing it again on audio now?? It made me fall even harder for Tristan and Remi!!?MMA Romance?Forced Proximity-Roommates❤️‍?Enemies to Lovers?️Hate Spice!I am living for fighter romance and this book has MMA fighting, steamy romance and an incredible hate to lovers vibe! The writing of this story had me engaged every single second of it and I couldn’t get enough! It all begins with Tristan and Remy who have a mutual best friend Jax, and they all go to the same MMA gym. However, Tristan and Remy hate each other. All of sudden, Remy is in of a place to crash when there is a gap between when she can get in her new apartment. Her best friend Jax offers his bed…however he also lives with Tristan. The build up of tension and banter between them sends so many fiery sparks flying but once they ignite, the spice in this book is an inferno!!! And that spicy hate scene?? The way these two connect is just explosive!! This is by far one of my favorite fighter romances ever and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series!?AUDIO REVIEW:I read this book last year and already loved it but on audio?!? It took this book to the next level!! That tension, banter, and SPICE in my ears? An outstanding audio narration with a phenomenal production!! It is so much more than just an audio, but a true performance in a DUET narration WITH sound affects as well! This is one audiobook that really feels like you are watching it as a movie play out!This audiobook is narrated by Gideon Frost and Brooke Daniels and they were so well casted for Tristan and Remy! They both had the perfect tone to their voices which amped up all the enemies to lovers vibes of this story! Brooke was a new to me narrator and her voice was so easy to listen to with a sass to it that I LOVED! Then there is Gideon who has a rougher tone to his voice and also a growly tone that was perfection!! Together both of their voices blended together flawlessly and was especially amazing when they were going at it with the back and forth banter! It felt so real!!!What an AMAZING production of this audiobook!! The added sound affects and changes to the sounds of the voices to fit the narrative just made this audio even better! For example, when there was a bathroom scene where they are talking through the door, Tristan’s voice was really muffled as if they were actually talking through the door! All of these little details make you feel like you are watching it all play out and feel the words of the book even more! Easily an audio that I will be listening to again and I CANNOT WAIT to hear the rest of the series on audio now!!
