This is the best workout bra ever. Hands down. Ever go for a run and afterwards your chest ache even though you wore two sports bras in the hopes that the flesh appendages would be held in place? This doesn't happen with this bra, even with the most intense workouts you can put them through. Box jumps? They don't bounce. Broad jumps? HiiT? Crossfit? 5k? 10k? Yoga? Nope, those flesh appendages stay put. For even more support you can hook the back straps together. With a broad band, an underwire that you don't even notice, this bra is amazing.Seriously life changing when it comes to a workout bra, you're able to run harder, jump higher, lift more weight, without having to worry about being slapped in the face by your own chesticles. After some seriously intense workouts I have had very slight irritation at some points where there the seams connect however, that has only happened after several continuous days of training.One caveat- get fitted professionally, this bra is true to size and will be more comfortable and supportive in the right size. I own two 34 DDs and love how there are 4 different hook rows to choose from.
